The Division of Waste Management of the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality inspected or verified these resource recovery or recycling facilities and/or equipment on 9/3/2020, and found that the facilities and/or equipment in Enclosure (1) are being leased to a company that is using them in a way that meets the requirements of the Standards for Special Tax Treatment of Recycling and Resource Recovery Equipment and Facilities.
