using them in a way that meets the requirements of the Standards for Special Tax Treatment of
Recycling and Resource Recovery Equipment and Facilities.

recycling or resource recovery. If at any time during the term of this lease the listed facilities and/or
equipment cease to be used by the Lessee or for the approved purpose, this tax certification becomes
null and void and DE LAGE LANDEN FINANCIAL SERVICES INC must notify the Division and the
CHATHAM County Tax Supervisor immediately.
