The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Brownfields Program received the Additional Soil Gas Sampling 
Activities Work Plan, 2100 S. Tryon Street Brownfields Site (Work Plan), dated December 21, 2018.  The proposed soil 
vapor sampling work plan is approved.   

Please be advised that this approval from the North Carolina Brownfields Program does not waive any applicable 
requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications which may be required from other state or local
