Thanks for reminding us about Porter’s Group, LLC’s request to discontinue groundwater sampling of the on‐site
monitoring well, OW‐9. Upon review of the Groundwater Report dated March 4, 2014, we have determined that
contaminant concentrations in monitoring well OW‐9 has remained below applicable standards for the last three
consecutive sampling events. Therefore our formal response to discontinue the groundwater sampling for the OW‐9
monitoring well is attached.
Please continue to submit future annual LURU along with the groundwater sampling for monitoring well OW‐6, in which
the attached response can be noted. Also, be sure to follow all well abandonment procedures and reporting as
stipulated in LUR 3.

We have not received a reply to our request to stop future testing on well OW‐9.
If permission has been given to abandon this well, could you send us a confirmation letter, as noted in the highlighted
section of our report, attached?
