Areas being inspected consist of a currently open area approximately 50’x50’ in addition to a smaller interior space measuring approximately 15’x25’. Summary: N/A Summary: Commercial/Residential currently under construction. Summary: Grading of "Retail A" area observed while onsite. PHOTOGRAPHS Photo 1: Larger VIMS liner (Drago Wrap) area being inspected prior to concrete pour. “Drago Tape” used for all penetration sealing and repairs as opposed to optional “Drago Sealant”. Onsite for VIMS liner inspection. Andrew B. with H&H identified numerous seams, liner punctures, and retaping of penetrations that needed to be addressed prior to pouring concrete. Site workers marked locations and made identified repairs while H&H and DEQ personnel on-site. Photo 3: Typical puncture in VIMS liner identified and marked prior to repair. Photo 5: Seam in VIMS liner identified during inspection that was not taped. Due to dried mud on liner, extensive cleaning required, and seam not taped prior to departing site.
