Photo 1: View looking southwest across W. Carson Blvd. Parking deck on the left and
office/retail building on right which are both under construction.

Checked in at construction office on third floor of office building, and met with assistant
superintendent Mr. Quint Dorner with Rogers Construction.

Building on northwestern portion of parcel once completed will have retail type cafeteria
on first floor, with the remainder of building will consist of office space. Discussed past
soil transfers to Woodlawn Green site. Copy of the EMP was provided when requested.
