Kelly, as a follow up to our call. Greystar would like to obtain additional quarry material (rip -rap and
57 stone) from the Carolina Sunrock LLC Butner Quarry located in Butner, North Carolina (NCDOT
Plant ID # CA 178 and DOT certification attached). A Google aerial of the facility is attached. It is our
understanding that all materials are mined from virgin rock there at the quarry and no outside
material is brought onto or returned to the site. Please let us know if NCDEQ has any further
questions. As we spoke they would like to begin moving this material on site tomorrow.
