This letter is to acknowledge receipt of and respond to the submittal to the Underground Storage Tank Section of
the Division of Waste Management in which eligibility transfer for the above -referenced property has been
requested. Review of the request is now complete.
A trust fund eligibility determination for access to the North Carolina Leaking Petroleum Underground Storage
Tank Cleanup Funds was granted to Performance Chevrolet (subsequently Hendrick Automotive Group) on
January 15, 1998. Nine reimbursement claim packages have been submitted. Information supplied to the State
Trust Fund indicates that LG 1810 Fordham Boulevard, LLC became the property owner. This letter is to advise
you that the eligibility determination for access to the North Carolina Leaking Petroleum Underground Storage
Tank Cleanup Funds for the property is transferred to LG 1810 Fordham Boulevard, LLC for work conducted on
and after February 28, 2017.
