(Mid -Atlantic) submitted a Groundwater Sampling Report to your office for the Former Crown Honda and Volvo facility located at 1730 North Fordham Boulevard in Chapel Hill, Orange County, North Carolina. The report documented that analytical results from the groundwater monitoring event did not identify the presence of tetrachloroethylene (PCE) in the perched groundwater in the former lift excavation area or in a nearby groundwater monitoring well. Based on your review of the Groundwater Sampling Report, an email was sent to Mr. Greg Icenhour of Mid -Atlantic stating that there were no comments on the report and that we should formally request No Further Action status.
