The area which says Auction Warehouse, New Shelving Warehouse, Set Room Area and Sign Warehouse will be the area that the PD will occupy. This space is currently being occupied by Conbraco for a warehouse. None of the areas on the property will be occupied by employees until the vapor mitigation system is installed per the Vapor Mitigation System Design prepared by Hart & Hickman. This request was to allow continued use of a portion of the existing structure on the above referenced property prior to installing the vapor mitigation system required in Land Use Restriction Number 3 in the draft Notice of Brownfields Property.
