Carolyn,
Please see the attached PCA building floor plan. The area which says Auction Warehouse, New
Shelving Warehouse, Set Room Area and Sign Warehouse will be the area that the PD will occupy.
This space is currently being occupied by Conbraco for a warehouse. None of the areas on the
property will be occupied by employees until the vapor mitigation system is installed per the Vapor
Mitigation System Design prepared by Hart & Hickman. Please confirm that this is acceptable. If you
need more information, please let me know.

Dear Mr. Wippel:
On March 4, 2014, the North Carolina Brownfields Program (NCBP) received an email
request from Ms. Amanda Short, of McGuireWoods, on your behalf. This request was to allow
continued use of a portion of the existing structure on the above referenced property prior to
installing the vapor mitigation system required in Land Use Restriction Number 3 in the draft
Notice of Brownfields Property. These areas are Auction Warehouse and New Shelving Area,
refer to attached figure. Upon review of the document and environmental reports, your request is
