The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Brownfields Program received and
reviewed the Brownfields Assessment Work Plan Addendum for additional assessment activities submitted
by ECS Southeast, LLP for the above referenced site dated August 1, 2019. DEQ provided comments on
August 2, 2019 and received a revised Brownfields Assessment Work Plan Addendum on the same day.
Based on our review, the Brownfields Assessment Work Plan Addendum is approved.

Be advised that this approval from the Brownfields Program does not waive any applicable requirement to
obtain any necessary permits, licenses, or certifications for the above listed activities nor does it waive any
