I have bookmarked the attachments with a description. The original plat map the owner had performed prior to the time we started working on the BF plat has been included as it shows all the utilities in the Imperial Tobacco area. I highlighted the utilities and then had the map scanned, but in case it isn't that legible when highlighted, I have also included an non -highlighted version. It is meant to be printed out as a "D" size (24 x 36"), and I know you have that capability there. Please let me know if you have any questions or any additional information is needed. ec: Mike McCarty, Atlantic Avenue Holdings P:\CTC\Greenville, City of - 200907\200907D - Imperial Tobacco BFA Oversight\Receptor Survey\Documents for Receptor Survey\Letter of Transmittal for Receptor Survey-10074.doc. The form was designed to minimize unnecessary delays in processing brownfield applications. This is a guidance document only and Potential Developers may complete and submit their own receptor survey, if they desire. General Instructions 1.) Complete "Property Characteristics" Section and all portions of other sections where an "X" has been placed in the far left column under "Applicable to Site," as determined by the DENR Brownfields Project Manager on a site specific basis. 2.) The search -radius distances to potential receptors from the Property boundary will be determined by the DENR Brownfields Project Manager on a site by site basis. 3.) Search -radius distances are measured from the site Property Boundary unless otherwise indicated by the DENR Brownfield's Project Manager. A soil map in a soil survey is a representation of soil patterns in a landscape. Soil maps for STATSGO are compiled by generalizing more detailed (SSURGO) soil survey maps. SSURGO: Soil Survey Geographic Database Source: Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Services (NRCS) Telephone: 800-672-5559 SSURGO is the most detailed level of mapping done by the Natural Resources Conservation Services, mapping scales generally range from 1:12,000 to 1:63,360.
