IV. Inspector Comments
Site visit originated from report on 9/19/2019 of "asbestos wrapped" pipes being
discovered and removed during utility installation activities. Pipes had been stored near
the excavation area (the pipes have subsequently been removed from the site and
disposed of in accordance with the approved revised EMP). Excavation had been filled in.
Subsequent information and data indicated that only 2 of the 17 pipes were wrapped in
asbestos. No remnant ACM was seen on -site.
