The site has several dilapidated buildings, boat docks and slips, and remnants of prior commercial use. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) was completed by Geosyntec Consultants in January 2017. A Brownsfield Agreement is currently being executed for clean-up and re -development of the Site. The project owner is considering options for development of the site which may include a new pier and is seeking a scoping meeting to understand potential regulatory permitting associated with the project. ~ Hilton St c r c- O ,tret V 111__I ,_7,.
