Hey Trudy,
On Tuesday June 11, 2019, at approximately 6:30PM, a diesel product line was ruptured when
repairing a stormwater drain running parallel to the dispenser canopy. The emergency shut-off
was triggered within seconds of the breach due to the pressure drop. It is estimated that —20
gallons of product was released into the surrounding gravel and pooled on top of the underlying
compacted soil. The line was repaired immediately and subsequently the gravel and product
removed from the trench via vacuum truck and absorbent pads/booms on June 14th & 15th. Soil
samples were collected from the base of the trench on Sunday June 16th from a shallow depth
(-6 inches) and a deeper depth (-1.5 feet) and submitted for laboratory analysis of TPH
DRO/GRO, VOCs, SVOCs, EPH, and VPH. What formal documentation would you like for us to
prepare and submit to you for this incident? Please give me a call to discuss.
