• Reviewed history of the site — petroleum hydrocarbon contamination from decades of
bulk oil storage and sales in ASTs; no known buried piping not USTs.
• Immediately adjacent to Boone Creek
• Assessment includes sampling of soil, gw, stream and sub -slab samples
• Redevelopment is for student housing

o Schedule dependent on soil issues

o Complete report review/send docs to Carin Kromm for her review
