The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Brownfields Program received and reviewed the Brownfields Assessment Work Plan for additional assessment activities submitted by Froehling and Robertson, Inc. for the above referenced site dated June 12, 2019. DEQ provided comments
on June 13 and 14, 2019 and received a revised Brownfields Assessment Work Plan June 14, 2019. Based on our review, the Brownfields Assessment Work Plan is approved.
Be advised that this approval from the Brownfields Program does not waive any applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses, or certifications for the above listed activities nor does it waive any requirement to comply with applicable law for such activities.
