Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Bill: I am attaching the following documentation to confirm that WP Kingston, LLC, Prospective Developer for the Okey Hosiery Brownfields project, has satisfied the public notice requirements set forth in N.C.G.S. § 130A-310.34: 1. Stamped USPS certified mail receipts for transmittal of the Summary Notice of Intent (SNI) to each owner of record of property contiguous to the Brownfields Property. To aid in your review, I’ve also attached the chart of contiguous property owners that I previously sent to you. 2. The Notice of Intent (NI) letters and receipts: a. The transmittal letter with signature verifying hand delivery for the NI package that was made available for public review at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Library. b. The transmittal letter and USPS certified mailing and return receipts for the NI package for the Mecklenburg County Manager. c. The transmittal letter and USPS certified mailing and return receipts for the NI package for the Charlotte City Manager. 3. A copy of my May 23, 2019 email to you transmitting the photographs of the public notice sign to document that it was posted at the Brownfields Property by May 23, 2019. 4. An Affidavit of Publication from the Charlotte Observer newspaper confirming that the SNI was published in the May 23, 2019 edition. We have the final mylar Brownfields plat and plan to FedEx it to Shirley in Raleigh in the next few days.
