RE: Requested Changes to Fieldcrest BFA - 3-20-08

Dear Mr. Rudder:
Pursuant to our discussions, on behalf of the current owner (Nantucket Mill, LLC) for tthe above
referenced property (Parcels A & B), we would like to renegotiate portions of the original executed BFA to
incorporate the ability to allow for multi-family residential use on Parcel A. It is our understanding that
Rockingham County Zoning is amiable in allowing multi-family use for this ParceI. I have attached a copy
of the unofficial BFA, the BFA Plat and 2018 Limited Liability Annual Report for your review and
consideration in executing the requested change to the BFA. Based on our conversations and upon your
review, it is my understanding that a new BFA may be required to incorporate this change. Please review
the attached documents and inform me what requirements would be necessary so that we may initiate
any NCDEQ requirements in order to fulfill this change.
