Peak Engineering & Design has completed the preliminary Storm Water Analysis for the
aforementioned project and has quantified the storm water requirements for the property in the
enclosed submittal. This analysis includes the pre and post development runoff from the site, the
10% confluence point downstream of the property and the overall project concept.
After review of the available data and preparation of the Minor Site Plan, the project has
been identified to not have any negative impacts on the downstream storm water infrastructure,
homes or businesses. The prevention of impacts to downstream stormwater will be accomplished
by an overall reduction of impervious surface on the property, approximately 2,664 sf.
Maintaining current drainage patterns and discharge rates. As a result, stormwater control devices
are not required. The property is approximately 16 acres. While the overall drainage area to the
onsite stream is approximately 290 acres. Showing the property to contribute approximately 5.5%
of the overall drainage area.
