PD discussed changing the PD name as on the original application the three limited liability
company names that are controlled by the same individuals that owned the original PD entity.
The company names to use are:
• Mayberry Investments, LLC, D. McQueen Campbell III (100% owner)
• Wolfpack Family, LLC, Doug Watson (100% owner)
• Beechmoor, LLC, Jay Loftin (50% owner) and Ronald Gibson (50% owner)
PD was instructed to provide this request in writing and provide new affidavits for each of the
owners.
