Lori,
In order to initiate a separate BFA for the undeveloped portion of the property, a new fee acknowledgement form will
need to be submitted along with the $30K RN fee. In addition, a brief description of the property should also be
provided in the letter identifying the portion of the property to be included in the revised agreement. I spoke to Bruce
regarding the tract across 485. We will need information describing the environmental impacts warranting a BFA.
