We had personnel on-site who implemented the environmental management plan (EMP) with Mountaire’s contractors. The impacted soil was encountered several feet below grade. It was segregated, sampled, and stockpiled per the EMP. Only about 1-2 truckloads of impacted soil had to be staged. It appeared this limited release was associated with sandy backfill so may have been from a previously removed UST at the hotel. No piping or tanks were encountered. We will continue to follow the EMP, as well as keep you informed of the analytical testing results and proper disposition of the impacted soil. Best regards and thanks, Dave David L.
