On July 24, 2007, I received the draft Site Safety and Health Plan for Removal and
Disposal o Asbestos Material at the above referenced brownfields property. Draft comments
were e-mailed on July 31, 2007 and a revised document was sent August 3, 2007. For purposes
of brownfields agreement compliance, this work plan is approved. Please send a final printed
version to my home office.

Be advised that this approval from the Brownfields Program does not waive any
applicable requirement to obtain any necessary permits, licenses or certifications for the above
listed activities nor does it waive any requirement to comply with applicable law for such
