Dear Mr. Alsop:
Pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 130A-310.39, prospective developers participating in the North Carolina
Brownfields Program are required to pay an initial fee of $2,000.00. The draft Brownfield Agreement has
been forwarded to you for your review and approval for the referenced site. Please forward your check,
made payable to DENR in the amount of $2,000.00, to the following:
