I have forwarded it to our client and will let you know of any comments or questions I receive. My hope is that we can finish the agreement even faster than your schedule provides as it will be unlikely that we will have as protracted a set of negotiations as we had with the last project you and I worked on. With regard to who will be the parties to these agreements, as I mentioned to you, the current owners of the properties at 1530 and 1534 Elizabeth Avenue now want to be parties to the Brownfields Agreement. We are obtaining from them executed affidavits of compliance as well as information on their parent, subsidiary and affiliate relationships. As soon as we have that, I will forward it to you. Once the Brownfields Agreements are executed, they will be assigned to Torrence Street Partners, LLC. This is the ownership entity that East Park will be using for the development of these properties. Providence Road Land Partners, LLC is the parent company of Torrence Street Partners. East Park, LLC and Novant Health, Inc. own Providence Road Land Partners, LLC. David Kossove has no parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies. He owns the Fourth Street property in his own name. Please let me know what other information Mark Adkins, I or anyone else owes you for this project. We will try to get all of it to you as soon as possible. From:Minnich, Carolyn To:"Benne C. Hutons" Subject:East Park Date:Friday, September 06, 2002 1:17:53 PM Hi Benne:  I hope you are doing well.  I am working on the draft BFA for the East Park Development Project and I need the following information.  1)      When did the David Kossove acquire the property? 2)      Full names of Parties for the 1530 & 1534 Elizabeth Ave. Properties and when did they acquired the property. 3)      Contact information of Elizabeth Ave. Properties (full address). 4)      Do you agree with this intended land use: mixed use development containing retail, office, residential, hotel, parking, and other commercial uses.
