As we recently discussed, one of the parcels in the Arrow Laundry and Cleaners Brownfields Property is not
owner by Lake City Tractor Supply, LLC. Therefore, the North Carolina Department of Environment and
Natural Resources (DENR) require the current property owner to review and sign the attached document prior
to approval for public comment. Please fax or mail a signed copy of attached page to my home office at

1. Lake Hills Corporation own[s] the property at 2303 Shade Valley Rd, Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North
Carolina. (Tax Parcel ID 16105225).
2. I am aware that Lake City Tractor Supply, LLC has applied for a Brownfields Agreement under North
Carolina's brownfields statute regarding part or all of that property.
3. I have been provided a copy of the draft Notice of Brownfields Property (Notice) agreed upon by Lake City
Tractor Supply, LLC and the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR),
relative to the Brownfields Agreement referenced in the preceding paragraph.
4. Lake Hills Corporation and Lake City Tractor Supply, LLC have a contract for Lake City Tractor, LLC to
purchase the property, but the sale is not expected to occur until the Brownfields Agreement takes effect and the
Notice is recorded at the Register of Deeds' office.
5. I, as President, of Lake Hills Corporation, am authorized to bind Lake Hills Corporation.
6. I hereby express my willingness to sign the Notice in the signature block provided, for Lake Hills
Corporation , to indicate Lake Hills Corporation acknowledgment of the Notice's recordation.
