I meet with David Graham of Hart & Hickman and Neil Leavell of Zoladz at 10:30 am. During the site walk through, we documented that asphalt cap was sufficiently repaired and in good condition with photos log. The asphalt cap is in compliance and meets the requirements for DEQ Brownfields. When this redevelopment phase is complete, please submit a final summary report in accordance with Land Use Restriction No. 2. Also, be advised that as the property owner, NCDOT, is required to submit an annual LUR Update. Land Use Restriction No. 10.c addresses the soil cap integrity with inspections that it remains in good condition. If you have questions about this correspondence or require additional information, please feel free to us.
