The laboratory added data qualifiers precede the first “/”. The result qualifiers follow the first “/”, and the analysis qualifiers follow the second “/”. The result qualifiers are a product of the data validation process, and the analysis qualifier defines the type of QC excursion. Laboratory Data Qualifiers Qualifier Description J Estimated concentration above the adjusted method detection limit and below the adjusted reporting limit. R2 The data used is from the diluted run due to the initial result exceeding the upper level of calibration range. Result Data Qualifiers Qualifier Description None Analysis Data Qualifiers Qualifier Description A Percent difference between the primary and duplicate sample exceeded the established criteria. Crowell Street in Monroe, North Carolina. In the event that a drum(s), tank(s), or other waste material is discovered during excavation activities, the CONTRACTOR will immediately stop excavation activities, isolate the area, and notify the ENGINEER (AECOM). The ENGINEER will be responsible for evaluating the potential health and safety and potential environmental impact of the discovered material. Once the ENGINEER has determined a plan of action for addressing the discovery, a Task Hazard Assessment (THA) will be conducted for that plan to identify potential hazards and associated precautions to be taken to control the hazards. Any waste materials removed from the Site will be characterized and disposed in accordance with applicable regulations. In accordance with the accompanying Environmental Management Plan (EMP), NCDEQ will be notified within 48 hours of the discovery.
