We received eighteen jar and sixteen tube samples on March 19, 1997. A copy of the chains of custody are included at the back of this report. The table on the following two pages summarizes results obtained for the testing program you requested. Tests were performed by stated standards except where noted. The results presented in this report apply only to the items tested. This report shall not be reproduced except in full, without written approval from GeoTesting Express. I will be contacting you shortly to arrange the return of the remainder of the samples as well as the tested samples.
