Thank you for the prompt reply and information. Members of your group, Isaiah Reed (Asheville office) and Paul Clark,
have both been responsive as well and I appreciate it. I will await info from Suzanne McCoy and if we need to fill out
another Permit Name/Ownership we will. I reviewed the one submitted in 2018 and there may be a problem with the
info on the form, instead of the certificate of coverage number at the top it looks like the general permit number was
entered. I have attached a copy of what was submitted in the event this may have created an error or delay.

The renewal COCs are not ready yet. We posted information about this on our website — see below. We will contact
permittees when they are available.

However, you are correct – I don’t think that the name change was accomplished. I am copying Suzanne McCoy in our
group to follow up on this. Our BIMS permit system still has I A C Group North America as the Owner (see
below). Suzanne, can you see if there was name change from January 2018 that wasn’t completed? If we can get that
sorted out as soon as possible, I can make sure the data pull for the renewal COCs will have the correct company
name.

Hello,
I have tried multiple times to fill out the online NPDES Stormwater Renewal COC Request and cannot get access to type
in the required Issuance Date field. Our current Stormwater permit and certificate expired on July 31, 2019 and we have
not received a new one. We operate under NCG170000 and our certificate number is NCG170297. I do not see that any
fees are due when I search, however we submitted a company name change in January of 2018 from I A C Old Fort to
Auria Solutions, Old Fort and when searching for fees it is still showing IAC.

Any information you offer on our status or how to obtain our current permit and certificate would be greatly
appreciated.
