Please be advised that Leven Ready Mix, LLC is in compliance with NPDES Permit No. NCG 140000
Due to personnel changes at this facility that were sudden and unexpected, the materials that your inspector
requested to review could not be located. This material has since been located and is onsite for a future
compliance inspections.
Items of concern for Mr. Reed during the inspection are listed below and have been corrected:
1. S WPPP —On site and updated
2. Outfall Monitoring — Records are on file
3. Corrective Action for deficiencies notes — Completed
