There are permits that Clariant has for our old "East" plant across the river, and on that side of the river I believe Mike is the right guy to have listed as the contact; however, for the "West" side of the plant (where I am and where our stormwater permit is issued) the contact person should be Fernando. Please let me know if you need any further details or clarification on this topic. Hi Will, 2 Nothing came out of the public comment period and the final draft of the permit is sitting on my supervisor's desk waiting to be reviewed one last time and then signed. I will email a copy to you as soon as it is ready. The permit will have to be mailed to the person legally responsible for its implementation. The 2009 permit was sent to Ken Golder. Is he still the correct contact? Please see my notes below regarding the items you needed: A spreadsheet summarizing all of the monitoring data that has been collected since the effective date of the current permit o The reports are attached in the Stormwater Reports.zip file are the data collected in the time from after the permit renewal submission in 2014 to present day. A verification that the information in the renewal application is still is still complete and correct; and o There are several updates needed to the contacts listed on the permits contact summary sheet: Legally Responsible for Permit, Facility Contact Persons; Permit Contact Persons; and Permit Billing Contact. I will continue to work the process to get this information updated. An explanation of any operational changes since the renewal application was submitted. o We haven't had any operational changes with impact to the stormwater system since the renewal application was submitted in 2014. Please let me know if you need to have any further discussion on the attachments or need any additional information from us in support of the renewal process. We have also had an opportunity to review the draft permit that you sent us and we do not have any comments for you on the draft. Greetings Will, I am working on renewing your individual stormwater permit (Permit No. NCS000041). The permit is drafted, but there is some information I am required to ask you for to (1.) confirm that the information I have is correct and (2.) make sure the permit adequality serves the needs of the facility. What I need from you: • A spreadsheet summarizing all of the monitoring data that has been collected since the effective date of the current permit; • A verification that the information in the renewal application is still is still complete and correct; and • An explanation of any operational changes since the renewal application was submitted. The following link will take you to an online search box where you will be able to enter your permit number and review the facilities information to make sure it is correct: https://reports.ncdenr.org/BOE/Open Document/1703191515/CrystaIReports/viewrpt.cwr?id=25212&apsuser=BIMS U &apspassword=blOMs cr%28ddnri59%29&apsauthtype=secEnterprise&cmd=EXPORT&EXPORT FMT=U2FPDF%3AO. The permit application is from 2014 so it is possible some information will need to be updated. Information can be updated using the links provided below, where applicable: Owner Update: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Name-Change Owner Affiliation (i.e., someone with the company who is designated to represent the company per signatory requirements in the permit (e.g., CEO) or another authorized representative): https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW- Owner-Affiliation Company of Facility Name: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Name-Change What happens next: • Once I have the above listed information, I will verify the "draft" permit information is correct; • Usually a site "inspection" follows this; however, this was completed with DEQ staff and the EPA on 3/19/19. The DEQ and EPA inspection was combined; however the stormwater renewal permit is separate from the EPA Inspection Report you will be receiving. Again, great job with the facilities stormwater management, it is the best I have everseen! • A 30-day public notice will be issued and during this time the "draft" permit will be submitted for a review and Comment period to you and to the DEQ regional office; • Provided there are no complications, at the end of the 30-day public notice and review/comment period, after a period of at least 15 more days, we will be able to issue you the "final" permit. Feel free to contact me with any questions as well.
