If any stipulations or recommendations are applicable, a list is attached and is incorporated as a part of this letter of approval, Pursuant to Section 3.8,5 of the Durham Cit)-C'ounq, Unified Development Ordinance, plans for which no permit has been issued shall expire a ne.y°ear.from the approval date. 'This forin MUST be submitted prior to the commencernent of any land disturbing activity on the above named project. The NOI form may be accessed at .d-��qnc. Yov/NCGOI. After you submit a complete and correct NOI Form, a COC will be emailed to you within three business days. Initially, DEMLR will not charge a fee for coverage under the NCGO I pen-nit, However, on or after May 1, 2019, a $100 fee will be charged annually. This fee is to be sent to the DEMLR Storinwater Central Office staff in Raleigh. Title 15A NCAC 4B .01 18(a) and the NCGOI permit require that the following documentation be kept on file at the job site: 1. The approved E&SC plan as well as any approved deviation. 2. The NCGOI permit and the COC, once it is received, 3. Records of inspections made during the previous 30 days. It should also be noted that approval of an erosion control plan does not in any way indicate approval of, or authorization to begin installation of Stormwater infrastructure without City/County approved Construction Drawings.
