Lying on the North side of the Harris -Henrietta Highway about one-fourth mile East of the intersection of said Highway with the Ferry Road. BEGINNING on an iron pin located 30 feet North 12 deg. 30 min. West from the center of the Harris - Henrietta Highway, said iron pin being the Southwest corner of the T.C. Holland 3 acre house lot, originally conveyed by B.W. Pearson to Ed Gordon and being located 390 feet, North 70 deg. East from the Southeast corner of the John Gosey House lot, and runs thence with line of T.C. Holland's 3 acre lot North 12 deg. 30 min. West 633 feet, following a wire fence, to the center of a branch with iron pin offset on the South bank with pointers; thence with the center of the branch as it meanders South 36 deg. East 75 feet, South '75 deg. East 300 feet to a point in the branch where the Pearson line crosses said branch as evidenced by a wire fence and hedgerow toward the North and South; thence with the old line North 03 deg. 30 min. Thorn Homeplace and later being the lands of Ms. Ethel Alexander, as shown by deed recorded in Books No. 97, Page 349 and No. 107, Page 94, of the Rutherford County Registry, and being Lots Numbers 20, 21 and 22 of Block B as shown by the subdivision of file said lands, plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 33, of the Rutherford County Registry, and being further described by line as follows: BEGINNING at a stake in the North edge of' State Highway No. 60, corner between Lots 19 and 20, and runs thence with the dividing line of the same and of No. 36, North 08 degrees 45 minutes West 269 feet to a stake in the old line, corner between Lots Nos. 36 and 20; thence with the old line and B.W. Pearson's line South 83 degrees 45 minutes East 300 feet to corner of Lots 22 and 23, B.W. Pearson's corner; thence with the common line between Lots 22 and 23 (Pearson's line) South 8 degrees 45 minutes east 135 feet to a stake on the North side of the Highway, Pearson's corner; thence with the North side of the Highway South 70 degrees 5 minutes West 300 feet to the BEGINNING. And being the same property conveyed to Larry Richard Fowler and wife, Martha P. Blanton Fowler, by a deed from Paul J.
