Your assistance and cooperation was very helpful and appreciated during the inspection process. 1. The following observations were made during the stormwater inspection: 1. This facility has three outfalls. Monitoring is currently being performed only at the outfall at building 108. This outfall has representative outfall status. 2. All monitoring is performed as required by the permit, Analytical and qualitative results are recorded on the forms provided by DWQ. Analytical monitoring is conducted by Tritest. The facility performs qualitative and analytical sampling. 4. All chemicals are stored in the secondary containment as required. 5. The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan is updated once per year, and include employee training once per year. The SPPP includes all items as required. 6. In addition to NIEHS's SPPP training, personnel involved with the deliveries to the waste chemical storage building 108 is trained once per year. 7. Every drain within the facility goes to sanitary sewer.
