REGAN Secretary WILLIAM E.(TODY) VINSON Inlerim Director C JEjvS-0 ,NOV 2 8 20'.i DENR-LAND QUALITY STpRMOTER pERM1TfIn On November 1, 2018, Brian Lambe from the Wilmington Regional Office of the Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR), conducted a compliance evaluation inspection for Tima Capital Sunnyvale Road Facility located in 800 Sunnyvale Road, New Hanover County, North Carolina. The following observations were noted during the DEMLR inspection (please see the attached addendum for additional information about your permit): A NPDES industrial stormwater permit has not been applied for coverage by Tima Capital, Inc. Please submit the enclosed Notice of Intent to this office. Upon approval, the following permit requirements must be complied with: 1) Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) has not been developed, recorded, and properly implemented.
