Hope you are doing well. I conducted a site visit for the subject rescission request on October 18, 2018. Facility
operations have ceased and all products/materials removed from the site. Rescission of permit coverage may be
approved. Please note that the permittee wrote in the physical address of the facility instead of a mailing address for
final correspondence, which is PO Box 872, Clinton, NC 28329.
