An inspection was made of the above mine on August 30, 2018 in accordance with G.S. 74-56
of the Mining Act of 1971.
The mine was found to be satisfactorily reclaimed. Therefore, your company is released from
further reclamation responsibility for this site with respect to the Mining Act of 1971. 1 am returning your
company's Assignment of Savings Account No. 5894898978 issued by Branch Banking and Trust
Company in the sum of $8,200.00 to you for your disposal.
