We had received an application for coverage under NCG020000 back in 2007, but it was returned in 2010 because the applicant never responded to an Add Info request. We are wondering if this mine operated and possibly had discharges without appropriate NPDES permit coverage in the years since. See below for the BMIS info. I'm forwarding in case you all in Washington Regional Office want to follow up on this further, and to record it in our Laserfiche Repository permit records.
