We are submitting the Phase II Storm Water permitting package for Phase IV of Wedgefield
Subdivsion. Please find enclosed 2 copies of the construction drawings, application, storm
water narrative, calculations and a check for $505.00. This is a revision to the approved
SW6140704 permit. The pond is being expanded to include the additional drainage area
from Phase IV.
