THAT said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS to him paid by said party of the second part, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has bargained and sold and by these presents does bargain,
sell and convey unto said party of the second part, its heirs, successors, and assigns, all of those certain
