Good morning Laura,

Please find form SWU-OWNERAFFIL-23MAR2017 attached. The Daimler Cleveland Truck Plant has had a change in plant
management. Our new legally responsible individual is Erik Johnson, who is replacing Henning Bruns.

The form indicates that I need to mail the form to DEQ Stormwater Program in Raleigh, and the DEQ website says that I
should send it to you via email. Should I also mail this, or is the email sufficient?
