Our response comments are in bold. STORMWATER PERMITTING: Robert D. Patterson, PE - 919. 807. 6369 1.The property owner must also sign the application form SWU-101 (original signature needed). That signature was left blank on the form submitted. McAdams Response: The signature has been included on form SWU-101. 2.Provide the property owner’s email address on SWU-101. McAdams Response: The email address has been included on form SWU-101. 3.The person signing the application, O&M Agreement, and deed restrictions form mustbe a member/manager of the LLC as listed with the NC Secretary of State. Or provide a signed letter from one of the member/managers listed giving Todd Terwilliger signature authority. The NCSoS shows Dror Bezalel as the Manager. McAdams Response: Updated signatures have been included on the application, O&M form, and deed restriction. 4.02H .0602(a) states that SCMs used shall promote infiltration of flows and groundwater recharge, or provide a written explanation when it is not practical to use infiltration. McAdams Response: Level spreaders have been provided at each stormwater facility to promote infiltration to the extent practicable. 5.Remove “Preliminary” from the plans. They need to be marked “final for permitting”, “final”, or similar. RESPONSE TO COMMENTS > TAC-17000 creating experiences through experience 2 of 3 McAdams Response: “Preliminary” has been replaced with “Final Drawing” on all sheets. 6.The stream located between SCM A and B is shown as 50’. 02H .0605 requires a 100’ buffer for streams not located in the floodplain. McAdams Response: Please see attached correspondence from the Town of Stallings regarding the stream buffer. 7.Revise wetland SCMs A, C, E, & F: a.Provide a cross-section of the wetland, not just the dam embankment. McAdams Response: These have been provided for each facility. b.The temporary inundation zone must be dry between rain events, so it cannot be the exact same elevation as the PPE it is currently shown. McAdams Response: The interior grading has been revised accordingly. c.The supplement form states a 6” deep shallow water area, but the plans only show 3” deep. McAdams Response: The supplement form has been revised accordingly. d.The WQV and 1-yr stages on the cross-section are not consistent with that shown in the calcs. McAdams Response: This has been revised. 8.SW-E1: a.Remove the siphon note in the label for the riser outlet since the 2.25” orifice is provided in the siphon headwall. McAdams Response: The note has been removed. b.Provide a berm/baffle to prevent short-circuiting between the south forebayand outlet deep pool. McAdams Response: A berm has been graded into facility above the water quality elevation. Please note that SWMF E was relocated. 9.Revise wetpond SCMs B & D: a.Provide a cross-section of the wetland, not just the dam embankment. McAdams Response: These have been provided for each facility. b.The WQV and 1-yr stages on the cross-section are not consistent with that shown in the calcs. McAdams Response: This has been revised.
