The media is specified as ASTM C33 masonry sand in detail 2/C905. We were relying on the DEQ O&M agreement instructions for media maintenance, but we can add a notation directly to the plans if you prefer. The cleanouts are shown in plan view on sheet C200, and the cap detail is given as detail 3/C903. Let me know if I can provide additional clarifications.
