The existing site currently has approximately 0.13 acres of BUA. An additional 0.94 acres of BUA are being proposed due to the proposed construction, with an area for a 0.07 acres building addition bringing the total BUA to 1.14 acres or 23.02% BUA. A wet detention pond will be constructed to treat hand detain the increased flow created by the additional BUA created due to the project. The 1, 2, and 10 year storm events have been modeled and the runoff from wet detention pond has been reduced to pre-development rates. A summary of the flows are listed below.
