The additional information is attached as requested.

1.The JD request has been submitted. The USACE hasn’t been to the site yet but I have attached what was

submitted to them.
2.I have attached the updated SWU-101 application. The existing BUA for lot 38 has been added to the chart. The

existing BUA was included in the total BUA to match the top and bottom portion of the chart. The future BUA
was not broken out separately for lot 38 on the SWU-101 chart. It is shown separately on the low density
supplement. All of the existing BUA is on lot 38. If this is still unclear, give me a call and let’s discuss how you
want this data presented.
3.Additional detailed grading sheets have been added.

4.The 30’ vegetated setback has been shown.

I assume that you will need hardcopies of the revised plan. If so, please respond as to what hardcopies of the above the
you need to proceed with the permit review.
