TTO Certification Statement
"Based on my inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible for managing
compliance with the permit limitation for Total Toxic Organics (TTO), I certify to the
best of my knowledge and belief, no leak, no spill, or dumping of concentrated toxic
organics into the stormwater or onto areas which are exposed to rainfall or stormwater
runoff has occurred since filing the last discharge monitoring report. I further certify that
this facility is implementing all the provisions of the Solvent Management Plan included
in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan."

RE: Explanation of Stormwater Monitoring Report DWR SECTION
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with NPDES (NCG030000) Stormwater Permit Condition Part II Section B,please see
completed Stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report. For the first half of the year we were unable to
collect samples as required. All storm event either did not meet the definition of measurable, occurred
outside normal business hours, or posed additional hazard to our employees (ice or lightning). Therefore,
NO FLOW was reported for all outfalls. Weil-McLain did contact Glen White at the Winston Salem
Regional Office on 7/28/16 to discuss this, and also scheduled a site visit to review our current outfalls.
Also enclosed is TTO verification statement as required.
