above referenced site has completed all necessary Best Management Practices (BMP) closeout
documentation. All documentation has been reviewed by our Stormwater division and approved.
This project is in compliance and released under the Stormwater Management Ordinance Section
159 and will be placed under the Maintenance regulations under the Stormwater Management
Ordinance Section § 159.401 General Standards for Maintenance. Enclosed, you will find the
