DURING CONSTRUCTION,THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE CARE NOT TO DAMAGE EXISTING STRUCTURES, ETC. THAT WILL NOT BE REPLACED AS PART OF THIS CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TEMPORARY SUPPORT OF ALL DEVICES AS REQUIRED TO PERFORM WORK. ANY DEMOLITION WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED TO COMPLETE THE CONTRACT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR. ALL MATERIAL SHALL BE INSTALLED PER MANUFACTURERS' RECOMMENDATIONS. ALL ITEMS LISTED IN THE SOW ARE TO BE SUPPLIED AND INSTALLED BY THE CONTRACTOR UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. 4. A PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE BASE TO INCLUDE THE CONTRACTOR AND GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVES. THE GOVERNMENT SHALL SET UP THIS MEETING WITH THE CONTRACTOR AND GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVES, TO DISCUSS ALL PERTINENT PROJECT REQUIREMENTS,AS WELL AS ANY OTHER CONSTRUCTION ISSUES THE CONTRACTOR MAY HAVE. ALL FINISHES SHALL BE PRESENTED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS ONE SUBMITTAL FOR SELECTION AND APPROVAL PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
